We make every effort to present our engineered wood flooring finishes, dimensions, and technical specifications with maximum accuracy. However, customers must account for the natural characteristics of real timber:
Natural Organic Variations:
Wood is a natural organic material, and every individual plank features unique characteristics. Actual flooring supplies will inherently vary in grain pattern, shade, texture, knots, and colour tones compared to digital photographs, website renders, or small physical samples. Showroom samples and photographic reproductions are provided for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for selecting a style.
Display & Lighting Inconsistencies:
Due to variations in photographic equipment, studio lighting, and display calibration across mobile devices and computer monitors, digital images cannot guarantee a totally accurate representation of physical products. Usage of online imagery is at your own risk. Customers are strongly advised to inspect actual physical samples prior to making a purchasing decision.
Inspection & Ambient Light Maturation:
- Flooring must be thoroughly inspected before installation. Flooring that has been installed will be deemed to have been inspected, accepted, and approved by the customer.
- Wood naturally undergoes gradual colour maturation when exposed to ambient light in a home or commercial space, typically developing richer tones over time.
